Congress is set to vote on the Bush’s $700+ Billion plan again tonight. Added to the bill were provisions to “…add tax breaks for businesses and the middle class and increase deposit insurance…” Yahoo reports that calls in opposition to the Bill have dropped to 50-50 instead of 90% against.
