I do not know what the history of this grave site is. The location is “up in the woods” near the old Trojan Nuclear Power Plant near Rainier Oregon. A dilapidated paved road runs by it and was obviously bypassed sometime in the past by the upgrade to Highway 30.
The Rainier phone book has several entries for the Welter Family. The site is still well taken care of as evidenced by the American Flags from Memorial Day.

THIS IS THE SITE THE NICOLAS WELTER FAMILY CEMETERY. MY GREAT GRANFATHER FRANK WELTER AND HIS FAMILY ARE BURIED HER THEY LIVED ON THE LAND IN A HOUSE NEARBY I HAVE A LIST OF THOSE THAT ARE BURIED HER
